Depart Lahore late evening; pickups in Islamabad early morning. Breakfast at Balakot/Besham. Stop at Dasu‑Sumar Nala and visit Kawai, Lulusar Lake & Babusar Top (if open). Stay overnight in Chilas.
Breakfast in Chilas. Visit Nanga Parbat viewpoint and Astag Nalah. Explore Upper & Lower Kachura Lakes / Shangrila Resort. Arrive in Skardu city for dinner & stay.
Breakfast then tour Shigar Valley: Sarfranga Cold Desert, Shigar Fort, Manthokha Waterfall. Return to Skardu for overnight.
Breakfast and ride to Deosai Plains via Satpara Lake and Ali Malik’s Top. Visit Sheosar Lake, Kala Pani/Bara Pani, or Basho Valley if Deosai is closed. Return to Skardu.
Breakfast then drive to Khaplu via Deosai or via Naran route if required. Visit Khaplu Fort, Haldi Cones and Chaqchan Masjid. Return to Naran/Besham for stay.
Breakfast in Naran/Besham, short stop at Kewai Waterfall, tea break on motorway, return to Islamabad and Lahore safely.
